Croquet is a sport which can be enjoyed equally by all!

We have been on our current site in this leafy area of Birmingham since 1915. We are a friendly club catering for players of all abilities, with three superb full-size lawns and a small clubhouse.

We will be reopening for the 2024 season after our spring maintenance has been completed during the second half of April. Watch this space!

Anyone wanting to give croquet a try is more than welcome. Give us a call – see contact details below – or just come along to any of our club afternoons on a Monday, Wednesday or Saturday (from 2 pm). Please wear flat-soled shoes – preferably trainers!

We play both official versions of Croquet: “golf” croquet which is quick to learn and universally popular, and “association” croquet, the original and more complex game. Coaching is available (and free) in both versions.
